G and I visited Williamsburg Winery a few weeks ago to do their Reserve Wine Tasting. We absolutely love this winery for many reasons. G and I had one of our very first dates here. Also, we took our engagement photos at this winery, and my bridal shower was held on the estate. This place is so special to us, and it's always a fun time to visit and try some of their new wines!

Today I am sharing our top picks and what we decided to bring home!

We selected four amazing wines to bring home!

We selected four amazing wines to bring home!

2017 Stainless Steel Fermented Chardonnay

It is beginning to get a little warmer out, and there's nothing I love more than a glass of Chardonnay! This was aged in stainless steel - which is my favorite for white wine. It has apple and citrus notes, so delicious!

2016 Barrel Aged Claret

This is one of my favorites at Williamsburg Winery! It is 37% Petit Verdot, 32% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 31% Cabernet Franc - pretty much all of my favorite reds in one bottle. This wine is nice and light, and is more fruit forward. It has raspberry, strawberry, fig, and cherry notes.

2015 Merlot Reserve

The Merlot Reserve is a blend, 75% Merlot, 12.5% Malbec, and 12.5% Petit Verdot. This wine is absolutely delicious and has black pepper, black berry, blueberry, black cherry, and vanilla notes. It is so well balanced and one of our favorites!

Wedmore Place, Cremant de Loire

This wine wasn't on the tasting, but it has been my favorite for a while now. This bubbly is absolutely delicious, and has a creamy vanilla note. I cannot wait to pop this bottle open for brunch soon!

Cheers!
