Trying new wines is something that I love to do. Lately, I have been exploring new wines, and stumbled upon the fact that so many celebrities have collaborated with some great vineyards to create some wonderful bottles. It’s always fun seeing what cool wines are out, and being able to diversify your palette. I occasionally like to splurge and get a really unique wine to add to my collection.
Today, I’ve done the hard work for you all, and have tried a Rosé, Chardonnay, and Cabernet Sauvignon curated by some of your favorite celebrities. Also, I’m sharing my personal ranking and thoughts around each bottle.
First up …
Vanderpump Rosé | Celebrity: Lisa Vanderpump

I am a Bravo! fan, and love all things Real Housewives. I’ve been dying to get my hands on this bottle made by Lisa Vanderpump, and magically found it my local Harris Teeter and Total Wine! So, I decided to give this one a try. This wine currently retails for $19.99, which is pretty reasonable. Typically, I purchase a good amount of my Rosé from other stores, and will on average spend $10-15 for a bottle. Honestly, there was nothing super fancy about this wine, which was a bummer. The rosé is dry, crisp, and lacking the complex notes on the wine to make it more balanced. There are muted citrus notes, along with strawberry and peach. It is very simple, and sadly not very memorable.
Would I Buy It Again? Unfortunately, no. It was cool to try this wine especially since I’ve seen it on TV for years, but you are most certainly paying for the name. Personally, I love a Rosé that is more of a full bodied wine, and is typically Cabernet Sauvignon based. This wine is most certainly on the lighter side, and left me feeling like something was missing.
LVE Chardonnay | Celebrity: John Legend

John Legend has always been one of my favorite musical artists. G and I had our first dance at our wedding to one of John Legend’s songs, and he’s always on one of my personally curated playlists - (listen to playlist). When I heard John was partnering with Raymond Vineyards in Napa Valley to create an entire wine collection, I knew that I’d needed to try it immediately. I opted to try the Chardonnay, and it was truly wonderful - an amazing balance of oak, smoke, and fruity notes. It’s a full-bodied wine, with notes of melon, floral, apricot, fig, and has a creamy and elegant finish. This wine retails for $44.99, but it is such a unique and balanced wine for the price.
Would I Buy It Again? Sure, probably! I do not drink white wine often, and it is super rare I’m on the hunt for Chardonnay. Yet, I can say I’d totally drink this wine again, because it is so unique, and the flavors were phenomenal. For the price, it is a bit steep, and it’s something I would only purchase during the summer months. Also, I think this wine would be a great gift for anyone who’s a fan of John Legend or white wine. This Chardonnay would be the perfect pair with a seafood dish, or something spicy, like an Asian style dish or hot wings. This wine is super ideal for the hotter days we have ahead this season.
Belle Radici Cabernet Sauvignon Napa | Celebrities: Nikki & Brie Bella (The Bella Twins)

Wow, this is most certainly one of the best Cabernets I’ve had in a very long time. I’m a big fan of Nikki and Brie Bella, and love their reality shows on E!. When I heard that they they’d be venturing into the wine industry I was pretty excited, because they drink amazing wines, and totally know their stuff! This wine retails for $39.99, and in my opinion it’s totally worth every cent. Personally, I have spent upwards to almost $75 for an amazing bottle of Cabernet, and Belle Radici’s price is pretty solid for the quality. This wine is full bodied, and has blackberry, vanilla, and sage notes. It’s perfect with grilled meats, cheese, and great to drink by itself as well.
Would I Buy It Again? Yes, yes, and yes. I can totally see myself treating G and I to this bottle at least once a month. Also, full transparency - I’ve already purchased another bottle, it is truly that wonderful! I loved this wine, and it actually brings the hubby and I so many memories from our time in Italy. This Napa wine is so perfect, and these ladies totally knocked it out of the park with this one!
