This eclectic and quaint French fusion restaurant creates quality dishes.
The chef was able to create this dish for me at my request. Rockfish, roasted fingerling potatoes, spinach, and a delicious beurre blanc sauce that was absolutely to die for - Norfolk, VA, at Voila!
