Dining In: Scallops Edition

Scallops are my favorite dish, and I love getting creative with them at home. Below, I am sharing two of our favorite dished below, for the perfect dining experience at home.

Also, both dishes are perfect with a bottle of bubbly to share with your favorite person.

This dish is G’s fave, and it’s the ultimate comfort meal. The wild mushroom risotto, topped with parmigiano reggiano is the perfect garnish to balance out this meal.

Black pepper pan seared scallops with hickory smoked bacon, dressed with an arugula cabbage slaw tossed in everything bagel seasoning, lemon juice and olive oil.

This dish is perfect when you want a lighter fare. I often times skip out on the risotto, for this option and its amazing. The everything bagel seasoning is the perfect garnish for this dish - the garlic, onion, salt, and pepper pair perfectly with this meal.
